Let Tetras do all the hard work for you whilst you enjoy entertaining in the comfort of your own home. Private dining has never been so popular and with the help of Tetras it will be a night to remember.

Our team will work closely with you to develop your perfect menu, whatever the occasion. We can dress the room, set the table, organise wines and provide waiting staff whilst you relax and enjoy your party and don’t have to lift a finger.

SAMPLE 5 COURSE MENU

Celariac and truffle velouté

White onion tarte tatin, caramelised white onion puree, blue cheese cream

Wild seabass ceviche, cucumber, mouli, dill

Roast venison loin, pancetta and girolle suet pudding, carrot and anise puree, pickled cabbage, port reduction

Crème Catalana, sesame and cinnamon tuiles

Truffled Tunworth cheese, soda bread, marinated grapes

Chimichurri côte de beouf

Smoked haddock, poached egg, chive velouté

Salted rib of Highland beef, thyme Yorkshire pudding,  dripping roast potatoes,  cauliflower cheese, balsamic and port red cabbage, carrot and swede mash, garlic buttered kale gravy.

Sticky toffee pudding, prune and Armagnac ice cream, custard
