Tetras can provide a chef to work independently or in collaboration with in-house chef’s, house managers, nutritionists and sommeliers.

 

Our chefs’ extensive knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating has been in increasingly high demand throughout 2019 with the rise of vegan diets and fitness-focused lifestyles.

 

Tetras enjoys focusing its menus on seasonality across plant-based and regular diets, to encourage delicious, nutritional diets that value sustainability and reducing food waste.
